Mikorezushi in Yoyogi

The food and atmosphere were great. Chefs were friendly and even took our order in English. Waitresses were there for your every need. Seafood was great. You can see them make your food in front of you. 3 sushi chefs the size of rugby players I don’t know how they work this close together.

Last year me and my fiance went on a shinkanzen- trip trough Japan. On our last evening in Tokyo we decided that we wanted to get our last sushi-shot. Since it is nothing like here in the Netherlands we searched for a good restaurant. Mikorezushi was one of the results and we could not be any happier. The chefs right in front of us, amazing sake and fresh sushi! Great host, lovely service and the wasabi sushi gave us chills. Thank you for this lovely experience.

Very lovely staff! The menu has pictures and they have an English menu as well so you know what you are ordering if you do not speak Japanese. The sushi was good, fast, and fresh. Would definitely come back.

Very good sushi for the price. Can get a nice lunch for under 2000 yen including Uni and otoro. Highly recommended. Not as English friendly as other sushi restaurants - they ask you to write order in Japanese on paper - however you still should be okay with a little work !

We stayed in Tokyo for 4 nights and ate at Mikorezushi for 3 of them—the quality of the fish and rice is superb. You can order a la cart or combo sets, as well as other traditional Japanese favorites. The chefs and waitresses were incredibly accommodating considering we didn’t speak Japanese and gave us cards and pens to write down our order. Everything was fast, delicious, and reasonably priced. Very close to Shinjuku station. Highly recommend to anyone looking for high quality sushi in a traditional and authentic setting.

Very calm place. Perfect to have a good lunch with some friends and talk in a relaxed mood. The sushi was good at a reasonable price. Staff were very attentive and nice to us.

I enjoyed great sushi at half price. Sounds like they have a happy hour sometimes before 6:30pm

Nice place nice food

This is a great little neighborhood sushi spot . They have a good number of regulars and it kind of seems like a local bar back home ..everyone walking around and talking to each other . The food is good with English menus and picture menus to help. You can order a set or pick your own There are also rotating specials .

Good value for fresh sushi

Some of the best fresh fish hands down. Place is surrounded by restaurants w/ long lines, definitely overlooked!

Can’t say enough nice things about this place. Intimate, second-floor sushi parlor that serves beautiful, thick cuts of delectable sashimi at reasonable prices. Clients are mostly local Japanese with a smattering of adventurous westerners. Staff treats western guests with respect and hospitality. Would dine here again. Recommend .

Best sushi in Tokyo! Great prices, high quality fish, english menu, and fun locals. It is total domination of the taste buds.

The sushi is quite good, particularly in such low price. I ordered the 1500 yen sushi set, almost every piece is good, especially the fatty toro which is melting in the mouth! However the sea urchin is not that fresh, apart from that, I think it is a good price for sushi.

Excellent sushi. Amazingly priced. Very unfriendly sushi chefs who are clearly experts and only source fine ingredients. I would highly recommend for the food.

The only I think better than good sushi is reasonably priced good sushi. We went on a Saturday night and everything was 160 yen per piece. Wasn't too busy but fast service and very good sushi two people with drinks about $45 for approximately 25 pieces of sushi! No reservation needed at least at this time

Nice sushi, fresh fish, quick service, good price

We ate here with a local friend of ours. He said it is one of his wife's favorite places when she comes to Tokyo. The food was fresh and delicious. Try the ginkgo nuts and the fried puffer fish.
